Study Abroad Program

Each college or university determines its pricing for study abroad for student groups. Contact your school study abroad office for details on student prices.

Colleges or universities should contact CASAS staff for rates on student study abroad groups.

Spanish Online

Online Spanish Class (Zoom) | $20 hour

Spanish Immersion in Guatemala

Spanish study only (3 hr. a day) M-F | $120 week
Spanish study only (4 hr. a day) M-F | $160 week
Spanish studies by the hour | $8 hour

Spanish study (3 hours/day) with food and lodging | $278 week

Sabbatical Pricing

Room pricing | $465.25 – $638.75 per adult per month depending on room type
Meals | $19 per person per day for three meals plus a snack

Special Trips and Activities

The CASAS staff can arrange a special trip for Casa Emaús guest house visitors.

Activity adult (Inside Guatemala City) | $30 day

Trip child age 3-18 (Outside Guatemala City) | $95 day*
*Discounts available for families with young children. 

Childcare Services

For Family Stay or Sabbatical participants, only. Price Per Child. Approximately $5 Hour. This price may vary, we do not provide the service but would contract someone to provide the service on campus.

Transportation Fee Policies

1. To/From Airport in Guatemala City – Included in the daily rate
2. To/From Homestay Location – Paid by the participant
3. To/From SEMILLA to Volunteer Assignment (outside Guatemala City) – Included in semester term, Gap program
4. Learning Tour – Included in daily rate per person
5. Special Excursion – Included in the activity fee
6. Trips and Activities – Adult – Included in the activity fee
7. Trips and Activities – Child – Included in the activity fee
8. Shuttle service to areas within Guatemala City – Paid by the participant
