Biblical, Theological, Pastoral Training

A Latin American Anabaptist Seminary teaching Anabaptist and Mennonite theology, peace, and justice studies by and for men and women of Central America.

Seminary Training

SEMILLA focuses on equipping church leaders in their home communities. The Seminary uses a distance education model where students meet in small groups in their own country for 4-6 one-week courses a year. The distance-learning approach allows students to study in their home setting and apply studies in context.

Each course requires 60-90 hours of independent study before the 30 hours of class time with professors from SEMILLA’s faculty or other seminaries.

Church Resources

SEMILLA also provides consultation and assistance in developing resource materials for Anabaptist Spanish-speaking churches, as requested.
